This is a large restored traditional
Spanish villa nestled on a hillside in the picturesque
coastal town of Moraira, with stunning mountain and sea
views, the sunsets can be magical, almost unreal!
Inside this exceptionally appointed
villa the emphasis is on luxury and space.
All the rooms are generous and some
are just ..big! This villa is perfect for "multi-family
holidays as there are 2 completely separate fully
functional living areas all in 1 large house thus making
it the option of being together or having your own space
when you want it. There are so many different places to
sit and relax /dine, together or out of the way in the
quiet, in fact at any 1 time we can actually seat 66
people in the different parts of inside and out! The
location of this villa is tranquil and secluded.
As the owners of Casa Josannah we are
committed to making your choice to stay here a
successful one and there are no agents or property
maintenance men to deal with, we do everything ourselves
and will be on hand only a phone call and 5 minutes away
if there is something to be addressed at the villa.
There are 2 beaches in Moraira, one is
the favorite of the locals and is awash with luxury
yachts each day of the summer due to its exclusive feel
and is fringed with stunning villas that are worth
millions of Euros, this beach is 4 minutes in the car
but quite a walk in the summer heat. The other is the
main beach in the town and is 5 minutes drive to this.
It is much larger and great for the kids to run around.
The town center is the same 5 minutes drive to where you
will find so many bars and restaurants that you just
couldn't begin to get round them all. Moraira comes to
life in the summer, the easy going atmosphere and bustle of the town is complemented
by the ambiently lit evening market in the square each
night. This is a very very safe place to be for the
children and adults alike. There are no groups of young
beer swilling pests and no crime in Moraira to report
targeted at tourists which is unique in itself. The 2
late night cubs are a couple of minutes out of town and
are modern respectable places. Taxis are plentiful and
cheap but a car is essential for during the day. All
